At Nebari Bonsai Supply, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Flat Rate Shipping
- Orders under $99.95 ship anywhere within the continental United States for a flat rate of $9.95.
- Orders of $99.95 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Information
- Every order includes a tracking number.
- Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers
To ensure reliable delivery, we may ship orders using carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping carrier selected but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipment Policy
At Nebari Bonsai Supply, we understand how frustrating shipping issues can be and we are committed to helping our customers whenever possible.
Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control. While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, occasional delays can occur due to weather, high shipping volumes, holidays, or carrier disruptions.
Nebari Bonsai Supply is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we are happy to assist customers in tracking shipments and providing any information needed to help resolve delivery issues.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Lost package claims may require additional processing time while the carrier completes its investigation.
Delivered but Missing or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Nebari Bonsai Supply is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation has been provided by the carrier.
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking around your property and with household members.
- Checking with neighbors or nearby businesses.
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly for additional delivery information.
- Filing a lost or stolen package claim with the shipping carrier if applicable.
Although we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for stolen packages, we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Nebari Bonsai Supply is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
